Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.
That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we will make it right by us.

Orders usually ship within 24 Hours of Payment.
If it has been past 24-48 hours, please email mbitbizllc@gmail.com along with the order number, and I can double check the order.
Pre-Order Policy

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart.
If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase.
