▸ How fast will my order ship?
Within 24–48 hours of purchase, via USPS or UPS (we select whichever is most cost-effective for your order). No tracking info after that window? Email us and we'll look into it right away.
▸ Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are sealed TCG items, we don't accept standard returns. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match its description, though, we've got you — just email us and we'll make it right.
▸ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Cancellations carry a 6% fee (covers non-refundable card processing costs), deducted from your refund.
▸ How do I contact you about a cancellation or issue?
